SHIPPING POLICY
After your order has been placed successfully and payment has been confirmed, the same will be processed and you may expect to receive it within the following estimated time period based on the location of the accurate delivery address you have provided to us:
- West Malaysia : 5 – 8 business days
- East Malaysia : 10 – 15 business days
- Out of Malaysia : 7 – 21 business days
All delivery times quoted above are mere estimates subject to availability and normal processing of the delivery company responsible to deliver your order to you.
Upon checking out, you will be notified via email on your order confirmation. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with all the necessary details including tracking number for your order from the relevant delivery company.
Orders will be delivered to the exact address provided by you when placing your order. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, post offices or parcel lockers, so these must not be used as mailing addresses.
The delivery company may contact you to notify you of an upcoming delivery and/or an unsuccessful delivery. As such, please ensure that you provide us with an accurate and complete delivery address as well as contact number to facilitate successful final delivery. BookXcess Sdn Bhd (“BX”) shall not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and/or expenses arising out of any late or unsuccessful delivery of your orders to you.
If you change the delivery address after successfully placing your order, you agree to bear the additional shipping fees, if any.
We will use our best endeavours to deliver your order to you as soon as practicable. If you do not receive your goods within 12 business days (West Malaysia), 18 business days (East Malaysia), and 21 business days (Out of Malaysia) from the date on which they were dispatched to you, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at support@bookxcess.com of the problem within twenty one (21) business days from the date on which they were dispatched to you.
Customers have a duty to follow up with the courier company using the tracking number provided. Please note that items that fail to be delivered will be subject to the courier companies standard terms and conditions.
Please note that there will be a slight delay in processing your order during festive seasons celebrated in Malaysia. Hence, during festive seasons, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
