Margot's been through a tough separation. But that's in the past now, she's moved out and moved on - or so she tells herself. But her new life isn't all she expected it to be. Her friends and family seem like strangers to her, she doesn't fit in at work anymore. She feels lonely and vulnerable until a chance encounter leads to an intense affair with Leon, a darkly charismatic photographer. Impulsively casting off her old life, Margot surrenders herself to Leon's charm and confidence. She isn't entirely sure what he sees in her, but she's certain that he's right for her. What she doesn't know is that Leon's previous girlfriend drowned in his bath and although the police report says it was suicide...it wasn't.
