Grub's Pups

A very exciting thing is about to happen - Grub's going to be a dad! Find out what happens when the puppies arrive! AUTHOR: From a young age, Abi loved to write. While she dreamt about being a ballet dancer, then a trapeze artist, a vet, a cartoonist, a marine biologist and a fashion designer, she wrote. It was just something, along with drawing, that she did, sometimes to the point where she did very little else. She attributes this to Oliver Postgate and Noggin the Nogg, and C.S. Lewis's The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and the incredible Asterix books that she used to drool over. They all did wonderful things with her head and made words, and what you could do with them, a magical experience. Abi lives in Derbyshire with her husband, two children and their rescue greyhound, where she likes to garden, watch the birds, and walk through woodland, or sit on the back doorstep in the dark and watch the bats dance around her garden. She also likes to sing very loudly in the car when no one is listening, eat cheesecake when no one is watching, paint big pictures and not so big pictures . . . and to write!
