Mp5: Paper Gun Model Kit

Martin Postler and Ian Ferguson make up the multidisciplinary London design agency Postlerferguson. You have dealt with the history and the aesthetics, as well as the morbid seductiveness of weapons. So they released the infamous AK-47 from its terrible function and disassembled it into a paper kit. When putting together the kit, the buyer of the kit inevitably deals with the Kalashnikov and its significance - historically and personally.
After the exhibition Paper Wars, for which well-known street artists individually painted the AK-47 and on which also air defense cannons made of paper were shown in their original size, Postler and Ferguson now present the continuation of the art project Paper Guns in the form of the submachine guns UZI and MP5, of the M4A8 machine gun and the "Mills Bomb" hand grenade, all of which were designed as paper sets to make yourself.
